Miss Chain of Lakes/Miss Capital City Competition
Eligible Miss candidate is a high school graduate, and age 19-26
If you win, you need to be available for Miss Minnesota Orientation, a 2 day session usually in late March or early April and Miss Minnesota week in June

2. Register with the Miss America Organization. There are two fees to compete at a local:
$35 gives you access to the many benefits of the Miss America Organization, whether or not you go on to compete in a local competition. You only need to pay this fee one time per year even if you compete for more than one local. $75 officially enrolls you to compete on January 7, 2023, to win either the Miss Chain of Lakes or Miss Capital City title The Photo/Video button takes you to the Chain of Lakes online store where you can purchase your competition photos and video of both your interview and onstage competition. |
3. Create a competition folder named "[Your Name] Miss CoL/CC" on google drive and share the folder with the Miss Chain of Lakes email noted on the checklist. You will place all of the items in the folder that are needed to compete. A complete application has the following files in the competition folder:

Be sure to invite your friends and family to buy their tickets in advance. We offer each contestant the opportunity to purchase a video package that includes your private interview for you to use for your personal improvement (see online store).
